Eight weeks, eight fundamentals — taught live online so multiple cohorts can run at the same time. Each week combines a remote lesson, working time on your business, and peer accountability in your cohort channel.

  1. 1

    Business diagnosis & goals

Where your business truly stands, and where it should go.

  2. 2

    Customers & value proposition

Who you serve, why they buy, and what makes you chosen.

  3. 3

    Sales & distribution

Building a repeatable way to reach and convert customers.

  4. 4

    Pricing, finance & cash flow

Margins, pricing discipline, and cash that never surprises you.

  5. 5

    Operations & delegation

Systems and people so the business doesn't depend on you alone.

  6. 6

    Rwanda compliance & responsible growth

Registration, tax, contracts — growing clean and durable.

  7. 7

    Technology & measurement

The right tools and numbers to run the business by.

  8. 8

    Growth plan & graduation

A practical 12-month growth plan, presented to your peers.

3

Virtual case clinics

One founder's real challenge, worked by the cohort online — structured, confidential, practical.

5

Weekly commitments

Every member leaves each session with one written action for the week ahead.

Young founders at a lakeside retreat in Kibuye

In person only

Online builds the foundation. Events make it real.

Bootcamps, teachings, and cohort work happen fully online — so multiple cohorts can run at once without geography getting in the way. We only meet in person for experiences & events: planned retreats, founder dinners, company visits, and multi-day trips.

Picture three days in Kibuye on Lake Kivu: a camera crew documenting the retreat, candlelit dinners, team games, morning business seminars, and lake-side conversations between founders who've been building together online for weeks. That is the Keynus in-person model — intentional, immersive, and worth travelling for.
