The Blueprint
Multiple cohorts and bootcamps run remotely for young entrepreneurs. We only come together in person for experiences & events — retreats, dinners, and trips designed to turn online peers into lifelong allies.
Join one of multiple running cohorts. Bootcamp teachings, case clinics, and mentor sessions happen fully remote — live and recorded.
Stay accountable in cohort channels with founders who share your ambition. Virtual peer feedback between sessions.
When the calendar calls for it — retreats, dinners, company visits, and multi-day trips like Kibuye on Lake Kivu.
Graduate into the long-term Blueprint network. Online learning never stops; in-person events keep founder relationships alive.
Startups we back
If you are aged 18–35 and building a startup with real scale potential — tech in the stack, an innovative advantage, and readiness to adopt AI — there is likely a cohort for you. Founders in Rwanda and abroad are welcome.

Fully online
Eight weeks, eight fundamentals — taught live online so multiple cohorts can run at the same time. Each week combines a remote lesson, working time on your business, and peer accountability in your cohort channel.
Where your business truly stands, and where it should go.
Who you serve, why they buy, and what makes you chosen.
Building a repeatable way to reach and convert customers.
Margins, pricing discipline, and cash that never surprises you.
Systems and people so the business doesn't depend on you alone.
Registration, tax, contracts — growing clean and durable.
The right tools and numbers to run the business by.
A practical 12-month growth plan, presented to your peers.
Between sessions
Weekly online classes covering one business fundamental at a time — taught live, recorded for replay.
Always-on peer groups where founders share wins, blockers, and resources between sessions.
One founder's real challenge, worked by the cohort online — structured, confidential, practical.
Specialist sessions on finance, legal, sales, and operations — all remote.
Every member leaves each session with one written action for the week ahead.

In person only
Bootcamps, teachings, and cohort work happen fully online — so multiple cohorts can run at once without geography getting in the way. We only meet in person for experiences & events: planned retreats, founder dinners, company visits, and multi-day trips.
Picture three days in Kibuye on Lake Kivu: a camera crew documenting the retreat, candlelit dinners, team games, morning business seminars, and lake-side conversations between founders who've been building together online for weeks. That is the Keynus in-person model — intentional, immersive, and worth travelling for.
