Eligibility

KBL programs are designed for entrepreneurs aged 18-35. You may be building a venture or seriously exploring an idea. You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.

Membership and applications

• Applications are reviewed at KBL's sole discretion. Acceptance, interview invitation, and membership are never guaranteed.
• Membership tiers, pricing, cohort dates, and event access are confirmed before payment.
• Misrepresentation, harassment, or conduct that puts others or the platform at risk may result in removal without refund where permitted by law.
• Idea-stage founders are welcome; you may use a working project name on your application.
• Submitting an application or creating an account does not create a partnership, employment, agency, fiduciary, or advisory relationship with KBL.

No guarantees, promises, or expected outcomes

• KBL does not promise, guarantee, or warrant funding, revenue, profit, valuation growth, investor meetings, term sheets, customers, partnerships, media coverage, or business success.
• Any examples, testimonials, case studies, or member stories describe individual experiences. They are not promises of what you will achieve.
• Warm introductions to investors or partners, when they occur, are discretionary community convening, not an offer of securities, investment advice, or a commitment to raise capital on your behalf.
• Mentor availability, event schedules, retreat destinations, and program content may change without notice.
• You join and participate at your own risk and judgment. Unmet expectations about outcomes, status, or access do not create liability against KBL where exclusion is permitted by law.

Educational content, not professional advice

• KBL teaches founders how to invest time, energy, and resources into their own idea or business, through frameworks, systems, research, and transparent peer learning.
• Community sessions, mentor conversations, events, and program materials are for general education, not regulated financial, legal, tax, medical, or securities advice unless delivered by a licensed professional clearly identified as such in writing.
• We do not tell you what to buy, sell, or guarantee any percentage return. We help you think clearly about building your venture.
• KBL does not guarantee funding, revenue, membership acceptance, investment outcomes, or business success.
• Decisions about your business, compliance, and finances remain your responsibility. Consult qualified Rwandan advisers before acting.

Payments, refunds, and use of fees

• Prices, currencies, and what is included are shown before you pay.
• Deposits, refund windows, and cancellation rules are stated per membership tier or event at checkout.
• Community and Blueprint membership fees are applied to operating and growing Keynus Blueprint Launch, including event preparation, platform development, program delivery, and community support, not for the personal private use of individuals operating KBL.
• Failure to attend after confirmation may forfeit fees where stated in the event terms.
• KBL may cancel or reschedule programs for operational reasons; affected participants will be offered a reasonable alternative or refund where applicable.

Events, travel, and conduct

In-person attendance requires valid identification and travel documents where applicable. You must follow the Event Code of Conduct, venue rules, and all applicable Rwandan laws. See /code-of-conduct for prohibited conduct including illegal drugs, unauthorised weapons, harassment, and vandalism.

Acceptable use of the platform

• Do not attempt unauthorised access to accounts, admin systems, or member data.
• Do not upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Do not use KBL to solicit illegal activity or misrepresent sponsorships and commercial relationships.
• Photography and content capture at events require the consent framework described at registration and in event communications.

Assumption of risk and release

• You acknowledge that entrepreneurship, travel, events, and business decisions involve inherent risk.
• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Keynus Blueprint Launch, its operators, mentors, partners, volunteers, and affiliates from claims arising from your participation, reliance on educational content, interactions with other members or third parties, or disappointment with application outcomes, membership decisions, or unmet expectations, except where liability cannot be excluded under Rwandan law.
• You are responsible for your own conduct, contracts, taxes, regulatory compliance, and capital decisions.

Limitation of liability

KBL is provided during ongoing development. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KBL and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from program participation, travel, investor or mentor interactions, or reliance on educational content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to fees you paid to KBL for the specific program or event giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the event, except where a lower limit is required by mandatory law.

Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda. Parties will first attempt good-faith resolution by contacting [email protected]. Courts or competent tribunals in Rwanda have jurisdiction where applicable law allows.
